We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a full time Business Services Administrator to join our Business Services Team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role, you will provide a professional, efficient, and welcoming reception service to all visitors of Focus, including service users, contractors, training delegates, and recruitment candidates. You will deliver high-quality administrative support across the team, working confidently across a range of IT systems. A key part of your role will be helping to keep our HQ running smoothly by reporting and recording facilities issues and supporting day-to-day health and safety processes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is educated to a good standard, highly organised, and able to work with excellent attention to detail. You should be comfortable using a range of Microsoft Office applications and be a confident keyboard user. You’ll be supporting different areas of the team, so being well organised and consistent in your work will be valuable. Clear and professional communication is essential, as you will often be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors. Strong time-management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities will help you succeed in this position.
